 Game Format:

• Two 12-minute halves, 1-minute halftime

• Running clock

• Golden Goal OT (5 mins) applies in Quarterfinals, Semis & Finals only

• No max goal differential rule

• Overtime Format: 5 minutes Golden Goal ➝ then 1v1 if still tied

 Tie Breakers:

1. Most games won

2. Head-to-head

3. Goal difference (For/Against)

4. Penalty Kicks

 Fouls & Penalties:

• Foul or handball in opponent's half = Penalty kick from half-field

• Defender steps into goal circle = Automatic foul ➝ Half-court shot

• Attacker in goal circle = Violation ➝ Goal kick

 Equipment:

• Only futsal shoes, flat-soled sneakers allowed (no cleats or turf shoes)

• Shin guards are mandatory

 Substitutions:

• On-the-fly at designated sub zone

• Player must be fully off the court before the sub enters

• Early sub = Indirect free kick + Yellow card

 Ball & Court:

• U12 & under: Size 3 ball

• U13 & up: Size 4 ball

• No GK, 3 field players on court, max 6 players per roster

• Goal box: 2m x 1m. No defending inside the goal box

 Restarts:

• Kick-ins (no throw-ins):

  • Ball must be still & on the line

  • 4 seconds to restart

  • Defenders must be 2 meters away

• Goal kicks:

  • Ball must be placed on or in the penalty box

  • Can be passed or dribbled in

• Free kicks:

  • 4 seconds to play

  • Defenders 3 meters away

• Kickoff:

  • Defenders 3 meters away

  • Can score directly from kickoff

 Cards:

• Red card (2 yellows or straight red):

  • Team plays one player down for 2 minutes or until opponent scores

  • Carded player sits out the next game
