I have been coaching competitive club soccer for the last 22 years. I’ve coached EVERY AGE and every level. I was the varsity girls' soccer coach at Turpin for 6 years where we won a district title, and I was named league coach of the year in 2015. I was a club director for Cincinnati United Soccer club for 4 years and I still coach multiple teams within CUSE and CUP. I also recently worked as the director of operations with the University of Cincinnati Women's soccer team.

I have been around the game of soccer my whole life. Growing up, I played for the GSE Cardinal Premier soccer club. We were National Finalists in 1997 and National Champions in 1999. I also played at Turpin High School where we won a state title in 1996. I was inducted into the Turpin Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013 for soccer, basketball and track. I played collegiate soccer at Ohio University and was the team captain and MVP my senior year. I then went on to play in the W-league for the TC Stars. I have two kids ages 7 and 9 years old. I started my own speed and agility business called, QSA Performance Training.
