Rules & Regulations​

1. Renter shall be permitted access to the facility only during the rental time stated above. Early entry or remaining on the premises after the end time is not permitted without prior written approval from Get Sharp Soccer and may result in additional charges.

2. Facility Use and Designated Area

Renter is granted a limited, temporary license to use only the designated turf area as assigned by Get Sharp Soccer. Use of any other areas is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• The gym area

• Any gym or fitness equipment

• Offices, storage areas, or non-designated spaces

Any individual found outside the designated turf area may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

3. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:

• Guns, firearms, or weapons of any kind

• Drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances

• Smoking or vaping

• Disorderly, unsafe, or illegal conduct

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the premises and termination of this Agreement without refund.

4. Parking

Renter and all participants, guests, and spectators must park only in designated parking spaces. Parking in fire lanes, restricted areas, or neighboring properties is prohibited and may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

5 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

• No access to the facility will be granted until payment is received.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Get Sharp Soccer.

5. Assumption of Risk

Renter understands that participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the turf area.

6. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Renter, on behalf of themselves and all participants, guests, heirs, and assigns, releases, waives, and discharges:

• Get Sharp Soccer

• DME Fitness

• DME Sharpe

• Their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates

from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the facility, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

7. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Get Sharp Soccer, DME Fitness, and DME Sharpe from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Renter’s use of the facility or violation of this Agreement.

8. Supervision and Responsibility

Renter is responsible for the conduct and supervision of all participants, guests, and spectators during the rental period and for ensuring compliance with all facility rules and this Agreement. At least one responsible adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at all times when minors are participating.

9. Minor Participants

If any participant is under the age of eighteen (18) ("Minor"), the Renter represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of such Minor or have obtained permission from the Minor’s parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian consents to the Minor’s participation, assumes all risks on behalf of the Minor, and agrees to the Release and Waiver of Liability contained in this Agreement on behalf of the Minor.

The parent or legal guardian further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Get Sharp Soccer, DME Fitness, and DME Sharpe from any claims arising out of or related to the Minor’s participation, including claims brought by or on behalf of the Minor.

Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the turf, facility, or equipment caused by Renter or any participant or guest during the rental period.

11. Termination

Get Sharp Soccer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any violation of its terms, without refund.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

​

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may be modified only in writing and signed by both parties.
