Cancellation Policy

Renter shall be permitted access to the facility only during the rental time stated above. Early entry or remaining on the premises after the end time is not permitted without prior written approval from Get Sharp Soccer and may result in additional charges. Renter is granted a limited, temporary license to use only the designated turf area as assigned by Get Sharp Soccer. Use of any other areas is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: The gym area Any gym or fitness equipment Offices, storage areas, or non-designated spaces Any individual area found outside the designated turf area may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. The following are strictly prohibited on the premises: Guns, firearms, or weapons of any kind Drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances Smoking or vaping Disorderly, unsafe, or illegal conduct Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the premises and termination of this Agreement without refund. Renter and all participants, guests, and spectators must park only in designated parking spaces. Parking in fire lanes, restricted areas, or neighboring properties is prohibited and may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. No access to the facility will be granted until payment is received. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Get Sharp Soccer. Renter understands that participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the turf area. To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Renter, on behalf of themselves and all participants, guests, heirs, and assigns, releases, waives, and discharges: Get Sharp Soccer DME Fitness DME Sharpe Their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the facility, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Get Sharp Soccer, DME Fitness, and DME Sharpe from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Renter’s use of the facility or violation of this Agreement.
